At Simabrand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
